The unit is on the ground floor, no stairs to climb, only 1 stair at the entry door. We are close to the centre, in a gorgeous residential areas with large Queenslanders and little traffic. No excessive noise is welcome while neighbours are friendly and quiet.
The unit has access to shared laundry and well maintained backyard. The parking is on the street which is safe and free. No parking on the property.
Only a short stroll from the local shopping centre (Australia Post, bottle, grocery, bakery shops, hairdresser and a petrol station 200m from the property).
Self check in via lock box at the entry to the unit . The unit is on ground floor straight from the street. It’s number 3 indicated. it is on the right hand side of the house when facing the front of the house.
The lockbox is at the entry door.
The code is provided in the morning of the check in day via airbnb message.
