The first problem was that this place is not ground level , it is three stories which is a real pain in the arse when you're struggling with luggage. This is no mention of this on their booking website. The next problem was in booking the joint through Wotif. Avoid this booking agent like the plague. It is a very unfriendly site. I had a fellow guest trying to help me get access. And we struggled. We could get a required code to open the damn door. I had to hold my phone camera to take a photo of my Licence. The other guest had to click the button for me. Hopeless. Finally in absolute desperation, I called the 07 number on the front door. An Asian lady answered, and as is often the case, I struggled to understand her. We did work through it, and got a code to me. We opened the unit door. No bloody chairs! No damn cuttery; the shower had only a curtain which allowed water onto the floor and around the toilet! No damn good if someone needed to use the loo after someone had a shower. The basin was very small which made cleaning your teeth very difficult. No condiments; and to top it off, the 2ply toilet paper was crap. Warning: Bring your own toilet paper. There was no where to store the extra pillows other than on a (dirty) floor. The bed was the only decent thing in the joint. Avoid this place and Wotif. Too bloody hard and too bloody small.
At $132 (and, I think they may have charged me an extra $18 plus dollars for some of a booking fee? Grossly overpriced. Never again!
