Once we understood how to use keypad and door. The room was clean and quiet, even though there were people staying for the festival. Small bathroom but totally fine once we knew not to leave clothing in there. Would stay again, no issues 👍

Its tired, a little smelly and zero sound proofing. But its budget and the bed is super super super comfy and water pressue is tl die for. Makes up for the shower being super tiny . This was my second stay in two weeks. Check in and out was easy. You get sent a code for the door and room. No time wasting on signing forms or giving details. You can just get straight to your room. I stayed a few yeara ago when it was an ibis budget and it was horrible. So great improvement.

No air conditioning most of Friday night. No wifi from midnight Friday night until Saturday afternoon. Offered no apology or room upgrade for Saturday night stay. Showers big enough for a toddler, slimy shower curtain sticks to your back when showering. Had security come into my room twice, looking around my possessions, acting like I was a criminal. Had a phone call Saturday morning where I advised staff I had air conditioning working finally and didn't need to be disrupted as I wasn't well and needed rest. She sent maintenance to my room waking me. No staff, phone Maintenance guy walking around the very back of the motel staring into my room window acting very suspicious. No staff, phone staff gave wrong advice. Manager proceeded to try undermine the fact her motel failed to provide comfort. I was there for business, couldn't upload documents without wifi. Was very strange only my room on bottom floor that was out of wifi and air conditioning suddenly doesn't work. She stated due to so called power outage the fire safety door had unlocked and alarm disengaged and she has cctv of no one entering. Fortunately for myself I had motion detection camera set up. See you in court

Bathroom was a joke, floods when you shower tiny and built for an anorexic stick insect or small child. I have 5 serious hot water should due to the unsafe nature of this stay called and they did not give a stuff. Told I had disability and proceeded to put me up in room on 3 flights of stairs. Rooms show accessible rooms when you book. But they are anything but do not trust do not stay. Disability discrimination happens at this address.
