On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 110 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. 20 m long narrow motor access to the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bakery 550 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brissago Nevedone" 120 m, railway station "Locarno" 10.5 km, ferry "Brissago NLM" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, lake Lago Maggiore. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 500 m, minigolf 10 km.
