This spacious 3-bedroom 2.5-bath townhome is conveniently located 5 minutes to State Street with easy access to attractions, the casino, NASCAR, dining, hiking and wineries.

UPSTAIRS-

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, privacy blackout curtains and a Roku Smart TV.

FIRST GUEST BEDROOM: Queen Bed, walk-in closet and blackout curtains and a 32" smart TV with built in Roku.

SECOND GUEST BEDROOM: 2 twin beds, closet and blackout curtains and 42" smart TV with built in Roku.

Both guest rooms share a shower/tub combo bathroom.

DOWNSTAIRS-
BATHROOM: Half bathroom.

LIVING ROOM: 75" Smart TV w/ built in Roku, hardwood flooring, dining table.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked, complete with pots, pans, baking dishes, crockpot, coffee pot, utensils, oils, spices and more.

GENERAL:
Towels, linens, blankets, central air conditioning/heat, toiletries, coffee, tea. There is a ring camera at the front door as well as keypad entry.

PARKING: Driveway for 1 vehicle and ample parking nearby.

The space is cozy, quiet, comfortable and extremely well located. It has all the essentials to get you started: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee and trash bags. Guests must have valid credentials/subscriptions to use any and all streaming services. Basic tv is included as well.

There aren't a lot of reviews as we don't rent out fulltime.

It was everything that we expected. This was our 1st time to Bristol and will definitely be back. Dana was AMAZING. The property was very clean and fully stocked with what you would need. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood and not a far drive from downtown. Thank you Dana for making our 1st time a great time.

Very Nice Place

It was a great newer condo that's well taken care of. Open concept with living room, dining room and kitchen made it easy to spend time together. Bedrooms were large and spacious. At the same time, it was quiet and relaxing for our group of 2 couples. We will for this place again on our next trip through Bristol.
