Charming Family Home with Stoves and Garden
Welcome to our charming and cosy home, ideally located just off Gloucester Road which is known for its amazing independent café’s, pubs and shops. Boasting great transport links to the city centre, business districts and easy access to the M32/M4 and M5 motorways, you’ll find everything you need just a short walk or drive away. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, our home provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The space
The property is well-proportioned over 3 storeys, has a lovely rear garden and has everything that you’ll need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Downstairs you will firstly find our living room which has a toasty wood burning stove, TV and a comfy sofa/sofa-bed which is a joy to unwind in after a long day. Walking further into the house you will find the main living space. This would include the rear lounge with another wood burning stove, the dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for socialising, cooking up a treat and catching up with friends and family.
This space of the house also backs out onto our peaceful garden which has a Weber Kettle BBQ and plenty of space to soak in the afternoon/evening sun. Also downstairs, you shall find a utility room which includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a downstairs WC.
On the first floor you will find 3 cosy bedrooms each with a hybrid spring/memory foam mattresses and the main family bathroom.
On the upper floor you will find a large king-size bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and Juliet balcony looking over the back garden and allotments to the rear which catches the evening sunset.
Guest access
Once checked in with us you will have access to the entire property except a couple of storage cupboards which hold our cleaning equipment.
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay, feeling like you're at home from home.
