Entering the house via the cloakroom-porch is a light and calming living room, perfect to unwind in the evenings in front of the electric fire.


Through the hall is the lovely open plan kitchen-dining area; a brilliant entertaining space with a well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, chilled water dispenser, ice dispenser and a large dining table accommodating 8 people.

The stylish family bathroom in the hallway completes the ground floor, with a rain shower over the bath and amenities provided.

On the first floor are two generously sized double bedrooms with plenty of storage to unpack your belongings. Upstairs on the second floor is the master bedroom, a huge space with an ensuite shower, and dedicated working area.

The patio garden is accessed at the back of the house through the kitchen diner - great for a BBQ or a drink in the sun during the summer months.
Just a 20-minute walk from Cabot Circus shopping centre, 30 minutes from Bristol Harbourside and 30 minutes from Temple Meads Train Station. Or you could always jump on one of the cities Voi electric scooters!
