Stay in luxury at our newly renovated 4 bedroom detached house with your own private hot tub. Relax on our hotel grade beds and enjoy your retreat in Bristol with your family and friends.

Located in South Bristol, the house is only a 15mins drive into city centre (£10 to £15 on Uber).

This house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and can fit 2 additional guests on comfortable sofa beds in the living room.

There is Superfast 500mbps WiFi available throughout the house.

Entrance lobby leads to a comfortable living room equipped with two large sofas, a 55 inch smart TV and an arcade machine to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained.

There is an open plan kitchen diner fitted with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including large pots, pans microwave, kettle etc.

Step out onto your own private garden from the dining area to enjoy the warm invigorating bubbles of the hot tub! The hot tub can be used throughout the year and can seat up to 4 people.

Sleeping Arrangements.
The four bedrooms are on the first floor, in additional to the en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom , there is a separate communal bathroom.

• Master bedroom - King size bed with en-suite bathroom and smart TV
• Bedroom 2 - Double bed with Smart TV in the room.
• Bedroom 3 - Two single beds with Smart TV in the room.
• Bedroom 4 - Double bed

All beds are provided with luxury hotel quality linen, towels, pillows and luxury pocket sprung mattresses.

The property can be accessed through a key safe located outside the house, therefore guests can check in anytime.

There is space in the driveway to park 2 cars. There is also plenty of on street parking available.

Guests have unlimited access to the whole house.
