It was hard to find because it was covered in scaffolding but once inside the room was nice and clean with good amenities. Staff were friendly. Overall, very good value for money for a one night stay in Bristol. I’d stay again and reccomend to others. It’s a 10 minute walk from Cabot Circus and a 20 Minute Walk to Bristol Temple Meads Station, 3 minute walk from a 24h garage if you need, water snacks etc.

Good position, bed to improve

Overall a good stay, friendly and helpful staff and also good position. The mattress could be replaced as it was sagging, they offered 2 soft pillow. I think it's better to offer one soft pillow and a hard one to accommodate different taste

Clean comfortable hotel. Modern and all the things you'd need. Friendly staff. Very comfy bed. Soundproofed rooms, with only the usual stomping and door slamming you'd expect from a hotel. Would stay again

We were asleep and one of the staff members came inside the room. I woke up from the sleep and they went back. I guess they were the maintenance crew. Also there was no phone inside the room to call the reception to ask for anything.

We would definitely stay again. We were a group of three girls and therefore booked a family room. The room was so well laid out and we felt it suited us perfectly. The check in team were so friendly and helpful - it really made the experience memorable for good reasons. When we checked in, we were told that there was renovation work and that the workmen wouldnt start until 9 (on a Sat). We didn't expect to get to our room - 3rd floor and find people working outside our room until 5.30 pm and they started drilling at 9am. On the dot. The noise wasnt really the issue - it was that they were directly outside our room which felt a bit strange.
