GUEST COUNT: The house can sleep up to 10 guests, however, the current nightly rate is to accommodate 6 guests. Each additional guest is $150+$25.
NO SMOKING INSIDE Please absolutely no cigarette smoking in the house. Outside patios can accommodate this. Thank you for your understanding.
PETS/SMALL CHILD No pets on beds or sofa. I know you love them but my other guests may be allergic. No small children in book room or spiral stairs!
