Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all doors are locked and exit via mudroom entryway. Press lock icon on keypad to lock up. All used dishes are to be loaded in dishwasher and start dishwasher.
Turn all 5 thermostats to 60 degrees in fall/winter or in summer turn off all air conditioners. Unplug all kitchen appliances.
Gather all used towels and bath mats and leave in bathroom on floor or in laundry baskets provided. Leave bedsheets on bed.

Deborah is an excellent host and very responsive to any questions you may have. The house is fully stocked and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to families who will vacation in Rhode Island. Bristol is a very cute town with wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast at the Sunset Cafe every morning.

There is a tenant on the lower level of the house. It wasn’t much of an issue but it was kind of hidden in the description when we booked.
