When we arrived we were told the room was already booked out to someone else and therefore not available to us. I showed the lady the booking confirmation emails, but she wasn’t interested. Just said the room is already occupied, said she never received the booking and had never heard of ebookers and doesn’t know how we could book a room on there for this location. Would not recommend.
