Our accommodation is ideal for a couple with a child, a business traveller or a group of friends. Conveniently located, it allows you to enjoy the calm of the city while being close to the centre.
As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the modern decor and spacious rooms. The living room, with its large bay window, is the perfect place to relax after a long day. The accommodation is also fully air-conditioned.

The accommodation consists of:

- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a large comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A SECOND BEDROOM: A sofa bed (130x200cm) with a large dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. You can also travel light, as there is a washing machine in the accommodation, as well as everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.

- A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE TERRACE: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the terrace, which is not overlooked.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself, so you can feel right at home. The accommodation is on the first floor without a lift.

INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can enter independently from 3 p.m. onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation has a parking space within the building. You can park very easily on the boulevard in front of the building.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 10-minute walk from the city centre.
