Gîte of 152 m² in the heart of the small village of Brixey aux Chanoines, on the neighboring lands of Joan of Arc overlooking the Meuse valley between Vaucouleurs and Neufchâteau. Comfortable and characterful space. On the ground floor: large living space of 80 m² television with TNT, and fitted kitchen and fireplace in the heart of the house. Shower room, WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 child's bed, shower room/WC.
Large mezzanine with reading area.
Garage for 2 cars, covered terrace with ping-pong table.
House exposed to full sun with partially enclosed land.
