Stepping out, you’ll fall in love with the views from the south easterly-facing patio right above Brixham’s bustling harbour, a 5-minute walk away. The patio is the perfect spot to sit in and watch the sun go down while you sip your favourite tipple, and there’s something relaxing about watching the boats come and go. Parking is mostly in public car parks nearby, but there is some on road parking in the locality.

You’ll find Brixham in Torbay, on the South Devon Coast, and it’s one of the UK’s prettiest destinations. Pick up the South West Coast Path and take in some of the dramatic scenery on foot, hop aboard a ferry and explore neighbouring Torquay, or while away some time at Berry Head County Park and Nature Reserve. The cobbled high street slopes gently down to the harbourside, where you’ll find seafood restaurants proudly serving the fresh catch of the day, including Rockfish, owned by celebrity chef Mitch Tonks. For nature lovers, nearby Berry Head is a National Nature Reserve and gateway site for the UNESCO-supported English Riviera Global Geopark, while the South West Coast Path offers breathtaking walks.
