The property is tucked away off the quaint and historic Knick Knack Lane in Brixham, set within walking distance of the town centre and the harbour. The property is set over two levels, with the galley kitchen, cloakroom, living room and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor; This bedroom has a set of twin beds. The second bedroom, which has a kingsize bed, is on the first floor next to the main bathroom. The south-facing living room opens out onto a private, enclosed patio and turfed seating area with table and chairs.

Brixham is a lovely seaside town and is still one of the busiest working fishing harbours in the area. The harbour is full of little fishing boats and trawlers, and some of the best fish and chips can be enjoyed here. The town offers all the usual tourist shops along with many restaurants and coffee shops, and has a regular bus service which will be able to take you into Goodrington, Paignton and Torquay without having to use your car.

There is so much here for all the family to enjoy, including the water park at Goodrington and Paignton Zoo. There are also many other quieter days out such as Greenway Mansion, the home of Agatha Christie, or taking the steam train up to Buckfastleigh. There is a car and passenger ferry from Kingswear to Dartmouth, 1 mile away. Sailing, golf, fishing, horse riding and more can all be found in this wonderful part of Devon.
