Arthur’s Den is a pleasant two bedroom chalet sleeping up to 4 guests, just minutes from Churston Cove and the South West coastal path.. All on the Ground Floor:

External games room and launderette (shared with other properties on site). Welcome pack. Front decked area with garden furniture. Rear communal garden. Heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on site). Private parking for 1 car at front of property. No smoking.. Arthur’s Den is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the Southwest coastal path and Churston Cove, leading onto Elberry Cove and Broadsands. With Fishcombe Cove within walking distance, it is also just a 0.7 mile downhill walk to Brixham harbour with its array of bars/restaurants and breakwater beach with its lighthouse.



As you enter the property guests will notice the front decked area, a lovely space for sitting out in the sun or simply relaxing after a long day at the beach. The kitchen/living/dining area is all open plan with sofa seating and Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen area. Through a door leads into the hallway with access to the shower room, the master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with twin single zip & link beds. Guests also have use of the on-site facilities including a heated swimming pool, games room, laundrette and clubhouse with both a bar and restaurant.
