On entering the house, you will find yourself on the ground floor where two of the bedrooms are located; the kingsize bedroom benefits from two sets of double doors looking out onto the rear garden. A twin bedroom and the family bathroom are also on the ground floor. The open plan living space is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a meal, and there is dining seating, a corner sofa and a 55” Smart TV. This is a lovely social area to relax in at the end of a long day, and enjoys lovely views over the rolling countryside to the front. On the second floor is the large master bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room.
There are lovely areas to sit out in both the landscaped rear garden and at the front of the property, which has arbour seating where the evening sun can be enjoyed. There is also stunning views of the open farmland opposite the property and amazing sea views from the first and second floors.
The property is conveniently located for the Dartmouth Ferries, Brixham, the wider Torbay area/beaches and is also close to National Trust properties Coleton Fishacre and Greenway.
