With a bustling harbour, excellent food scene and wonderful position on Devon's south coast, Brixham holidays are hard to beat, and this home makes a terrific base from which to experience all that the town and area has to offer.

Set just a 15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) from the quay, the house which sleeps eight guests is arranged over two floors, and has four spacious bedrooms all with TV's. Two family bathrooms, a large living room and an amply equipped kitchen / diner with garden views through an enormous arched window means there's plenty of room for relaxation, socialising and entertaining too. Outside there's a delightful, raised patio area which is accessed through the lounge and has a barbecue and dining set for fresh air feasts and drinks in the sunshine. Steps down from the patio lead to the enclosed garden which has a lawn and shade, so is perfect for those who have dogs and children in tow.
