Step into a warm and inviting home designed for relaxation and memorable moments. From here, stairs lead to two upper floors where beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms await. A handy cloakroom with WC and basin is also located off the hallway for your convenience.

Flowing from the hallway is a bright, open-plan kitchen extending into a conservatory dining area. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably, making it perfect for family meals or group gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. We provide a starter pack with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, and dishwasher tablets, plus complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and kitchen roll.

Relax & Unwind in Style
Upstair to the first floor you will find the living room a cosy light haven with comfortable seating—perfect for movie nights on the flat-screen TV featuring catch up TV and streaming options like Netflix and Amazon Prime (guests will need to use their own login details).

Comfortable Bedrooms for Sweet Dreams
Also on the first floor, you’ll find the first of 3 bedrooms with a king bed.

This floor also has the main bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, WC, and basin.

The top floor offers 2 further bedrooms the first has a king bed with an en-suite shower room and the other has two singles.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

Fantastic property in the perfect location for central access to Broadstairs. There were no reviews for this place but we took a chance and were delighted. We are a family of four and we had loads of space. Very clean, had everything we needed, really can't complain. The outside parking was invaluable and we didn't use the car once whilst here. Less than a minute to Albion Street and 2 minutes to the beach. We'll definitely be back.
