This first floor one bedroom conversion apartment is ideally located and is set in a charming Victorian residence, it also has private parking which is a huge bonus.



The Space:

Close enough to enjoy all that Broadstairs has to offer but just set away from the hustle and bustle.



This lovely little apartment has one double bedroom, shower room and open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need from a dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and all pantry utensils. You also benefit from high-speed wifi.

Luxury it was not. A partial list of the shortcomings: No shaver socket. No toaster. No kitchen knives apart from a bread knife. No chest of drawers for clothing. Nowhere to put suitcases. Nowhere to sit apart from a worn sofa and dining chairs. No oven gloves. No space in the wardrobe which was stuffed with step-ladder, broom, fan and four large pillows. Only one bedside table and no shelving or cupboard in the bedroom.
The only space for clothing!
