Seafront balcony Studio on award winning Beach

Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The space
Attached to the side of our house, The Baydream Studio has a fully fitted kitchen, comfy seating and dining areas. It has a lovely balcony with the most magnificent views out to sea, a perfect place to enjoy a cuppa while watching the sunrise or a relaxing glass of wine at anytime. There is a comfortable king sized bed with pocket sprung mattress and views out to sea. You will have your own front door making social distancing easy. Sleeps 2, smart 4K TV with Netflix included and fast Wifi.

Phil and Jenny were great hosts and replied quickly to any messages or questions. Their place was amazing and clean with a great view of the ocean. I would happily recommend them to anyone and will be staying here again in the future.

A lovely little gem overlooking the sea. I know the area well and was a perfect base to travel down and see all the family. Lots of free on street parking, quiet area and a 15 minute walk into Broadstairs.
Phil & Jenny were very helpful, responsive, and provided clear check in and check out instructions. Studio is great, lovely shower, smart TV, comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen.

This was my second stay at Bayview Studio and it didn't disappoint. Everything you could want as a solo traveller or couple is in the flat. Ideal location which is quiet but you are only a 10 minute walk from the town & buses or 20-25 minute walk to the station. Would stay there again and would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay, at Phil and Jennys. The sea view from our terrace was amazing and the best we've experienced. The Studio was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. No problem parking and within easy walking distance to Viking Bay, with its numerous restaurants, etc. Thanks again Phil and Jenny, we'll definitely be coming back.
