★ Dog-friendly ★

🐾One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only. A dog supplement of £40 applies for stays of up to five nights. For longer stays, an additional £10 per night applies, capped at a maximum of £120 per booking.

We kindly ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms at any time.

Pets must be declared and approved before arrival. Any failure to disclose a pet in advance will result in the applicable pet fee being charged and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees. Repeated or serious breaches of this policy may lead to cancellation of the stay without refund.

★ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out ★
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Early check-in: from 1:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £30.

Late check-out: up to 12:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £30.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

★ Lost Property & Returns ★
If personal items are left at the property, we can arrange to return them upon request, where possible.
A flat £7 return fee will apply to cover postage, packaging, and handling time.
This fee must be paid before items are shipped.
For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.
Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

Each booking includes a standard set of towels and bed linens based on the number of guests booked, to keep pricing fair and competitive.

No refund if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, including no-shows or early departures.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
