We were greeted by 2 very nice young women & made to feel welcomed as soon as we walked (windblown) in the door. The room was clean and I felt very safe. I enjoy staying at Tru. The lobby is filled with welcoming & fun sitting arrangements & games. It’s a nice change from traditional hotels.

It’s a relatively new hotel so they still have some kinks to work out but it’s basically a cheap inconvenient place to stay but be careful because they charged my credit card over $300 above and beyond Expedia and I still can’t figure out why !
