The Space:

Beautifully renovated vacation home in 2015 in the Baltic seaside resort of Schönhagen (Schleswig-Holstein=, Schwansen peninsula, Schlei between Kappeln and Eckernförde, in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
The semi-detached house in bungalow style, with two separate units (Möwennest I and II), each approx. 57 sqm, is situated on a 581 sqm corner plot. The units can be booked individually or together.
The vacation apartment has a large terrace outside. There is also a garden shed with garden furniture and barbecue for each unit on the property.
The interior layout consists of a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed for 2 persons, with outside blinds. The rear room is a living/bedroom with double bed, small couch and TV, a convertible crib is also available. From here you have access to one of the two terraces.
The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In the dining area at the large table there is space for up to 6 people, this area is equipped with a kitchen sofa, bench, 3 chairs, children's high chair and TV.
The kitchen/dining area is equipped with underfloor heating, the other rooms have radiators (gas heating).
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and a large washbasin with illuminated mirror.
Almost all rooms can be completely darkened with external blinds in front of the windows.
The property is enclosed all around (natural hedge/fence).
Each vacation apartment has a parking space in front of the house.

Getting Around:
The house is in a very quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the beach (there is also an extra dog beach), which can be reached almost exclusively via a footpath. Ideal for families, children and dogs!

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
