At night, the star-filled sky provides a dazzling display of shooting stars.

The Summit House is 100% off-grid, generating its own solar power, well water, and septic system while still providing modern comforts.

✔ Well water with filtration (contains natural iron—bring bottled water if preferred)
✔ Starlink WiFi & Cell Service (AT&T & Verizon strongest)
✔ No TVs (unplug & reconnect with nature)

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements
✔ Bedroom 1: King master suite with sliding door to deck
✔ Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom + Twin bed just outside the room
✔ Bathroom: Full bath with walk-in shower & mountain views

The open-concept living and dining space is perfect for gathering, with a bar seating five, a stainless steel kitchen, and an outdoor propane grill on the two-level deck to soak in the views.

Access is via 5 miles of U.S. Forest Service roads:
✔ You’ll cross 4–5 small creeks (shallow & easy to navigate)
✔ Roads are rocky, bumpy, but never muddy
✔ Expect grades up to 12% as you climb to your mountaintop escape

We provide a starter set of essentials:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• Trash bags
• Hand soap pump at each sink
• 10 oz. Dawn dish soap
• 1 dishwashing washable cloth (no sponges)
• 2 dish towels + 2 bar mop towels
• 1 bath towel + 1 washcloth per guest
• 2–3 hand towels depending on stay length
• Laundry detergent if washer/dryer is available
