The Lookout is a 3 bedroom family-oriented luxury cabin that’s full of fun for all age ranges! Large floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to get outside and enjoy the surrounding private, forested area as well as the exciting outdoor attractions. Take the slide off the deck or swing on the cozy webbed seats of the timber-framed swing set. Indoor games include shuffleboard and a unique scavenger hunt showcasing all the charming things kids can see and play with at The Lookout: Two Nugget® fort-making couches in the third story loft, a reading nook with a secret peek-a-window into the bunk room, a pizzeria under the stairs, and so much more!  THIS HOME HAS A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOME.

A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. The weight of the dog cannot exceed 40lbs. For further considerations for up to 2 dogs or additional weight, please call our office directly.

Two master king suites with private bathrooms and patio access are just the respite the adults of the group are looking for! The second floor large bunk room overlooks the stunning open floor plan of the thoughtfully laid out living, dining, and kitchen areas. Families always feel connected to one another throughout the cabin while the two king suites serve as private hideaways for some much needed rest. The bunk room has two queen beds and two twin beds. An additional twin bed is located under the stairs and a pull out twin size sleeper chair is in the loft , bringing the sleep count to 12 people. There is also a half bathroom downstairs connected to the open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The Lookout also offers cable TV with sports channels and kid's entertainment.  This home is equipped with a EV Level 2 plug. Please bring your own charging cable to plug into our EV outlet located in our circle driveway.

An attractive infinity hot tub on the back porch makes getting kids in and out as easy as can be. The sprawling deck features ample outdoor living furniture in both covered and uncovered sections with beautiful views of the forest from the high vantage point of The Lookout. Don’t forget to bring s’mores for roasting at the fire pit! 

A Pack N Play, baby gate, and a medium sized dog crate are available in the master suite closet.

All linens, washer pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included with your stay, free WIFI, Televisions in every room indoor and out, full use of the property as well as down into the valley, and full access to the clubhouse & swimming pool is included with your stay.

The Lookout is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol.  Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities. Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined roads and walking trails, including bridges that pass over the lake, as you make your way toward the resort-style amenities that make Pine Lake the premier vacation destination in Broken Bow. Concierge services ranging from yard signs, photography, to grocery delivery can be arranged by calling us. 

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
