The Space:
Step onto the welcoming front deck, where plenty of cozy seating invites morning coffee chats or sunset cocktails. Inside, you're greeted by soaring peaked ceilings and a massive open-concept living area that’s as comfortable as it is striking. The heart of the home is the kitchen—complete with a large island, sleek black-and-white granite countertops, gray-washed oak cabinets, and both traditional and Keurig coffee makers. Three counter stools make it easy to gather while cooking, and the nearby dining table comfortably seats eight for shared meals and laughter.

In the living room, you'll find two plush sofas, a love seat, and a recliner arranged around a large gas fireplace, all accented with charming rustic farmhouse décor. Just off the main space, the game room doubles as a bunk room and keeps everyone entertained with a foosball table, retro sit-down arcade machine, and a full collection of board games. This room also leads directly to the back deck—an outdoor hangout complete with cornhole, a bubbling hot tub, gas grill, and a dining table for six.

Beyond the deck, the yard becomes its own playground, featuring a swing set for the kids, a horseshoe pit for friendly competition, and a firepit perfect for late-night s’mores and stories. Whether you’re here for the peaceful surroundings or the endless entertainment, Heartland Retreat has all the charm and comfort to make your stay unforgettable.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 doubles as a game room and includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and deck access.

This home also includes a half bathroom.

• The circle driveway provides available parking for 6 vehicles and easy access for boats and trailers.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the front deck and actively monitoring the entrance, (2) located on the back deck and actively monitoring the back entrance.
