Welcome to The Obispan — our newest custom cabin designed for unforgettable escapes. Featuring an 8x20 heated pool with a cozy 5-foot depth, a relaxing hot tub, and a fun playset, it’s the perfect getaway for families and friends. Step inside and you’ll feel tucked away in the woods, with an entire glass wall framing your private wooded lot and a year-round creek. The open-concept layout creates seamless indoor-outdoor living, while the fully stocked kitchen, plush linens, and luxury towels make it feel like your home away from home.

Guests enjoy full private access to the cabin and enter with a secure pin code sent prior to arrival.

The Obispan sits within Woodland Hills, Broken Bow’s premier development known for its privacy, peaceful surroundings, and one-of-a-kind cabin designs. If you’ve stayed in Broken Bow before, you’ll notice the difference immediately — Woodland Hills offers a truly special experience.

The cabin is located just 4 miles west of Highway 259 via Cress Road, a well-maintained gravel road. While easily manageable in any vehicle, SUVs or larger cars are most comfortable. Driving directions are shared in your digital guest guidebook before arrival.

The Obispan is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs, up to 50 lbs each, with fee).

Fireplaces are unavailable June through October 1.

Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals.

Optional pool heating is available Oct 1–Apr 30 for $200 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable May 1–Sept 30.

In the rare case of equipment malfunction, we work quickly to resolve issues but do not offer refunds. If we are aware of an amenity issue prior to your stay, we’ll notify you immediately.

The Obispan is proudly managed by The Hills Cabins, a luxury portfolio of custom cabins in Woodland Hills. After booking, guests will complete a short pre-arrival form, provide ID, and sign our rental agreement. For pet stays, disclosure is required at booking. Check-in is fully contactless with your personal code sent 3 days before arrival.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and concierge services. The front desk is open around the clock.
