Just a heads-up, if you'd like to have the pool heated, that's an optional extra at $100 per day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas.

PETS ALLOWED
Pets are permitted on the property. Pet fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

GUEST LIMIT & AGE RESTRICTION
Maximum occupancy: 3 guests.
Children 8 years and older are welcome.
**NOTE**
The age restriction for children is primarily due to safety concerns, as the pool doesn't have a gate surrounding it. However, if you're able to bring children under 8 with proper guardian supervision and ensure they are mindful around the pool area at all times, that would be acceptable.

QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.

NO PARTIES?EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

HOT TUB & POOL:
Use responsibly and follow safety guidelines. Do not leave children unattended.

Hot Tub Use:
Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

Pool Heating Fee: $100 per day

INDOOR FIREPLACE/FIREPIT:
Ensure fires are completely extinguished after use.

CLEANLINESS
Please treat the home with care and leave it as you found it.
Dispose of trash properly and clean up after yourself.

PARKING
Free private parking is available on-site. Park only in designated areas.

NO DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Report any issues immediately to the host.

Any violation will incur a minimum of $,1000 up to $5,0000

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
