Lets start with the outside space as that will be the highlight of your Broken Bow cabin getaway. Enjoy the amazing view of the pond from hot tub, upstairs patio, downstairs patio or even the fire pit. With plenty of outdoor amenities, this cozy cabin is the perfect getaway for families who love spending time outside.
Bring your fishing poles to drop a line in the water to see what you can catch. The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, bream, bluegill and crappie. Catch and release only please.
Head to the back of the cabin to find the spacious outside back patio to enjoy a meal outside with views of nature and the pond. With a bubbling hot tub, a large picnic table for six, and lots of chairs for you to sit in and enjoy the scenery, we’re sure you’ll find this the perfect place to relax and watch the kids at play.
This is outdoor living at its best. Cook some burgers or hot dogs on the BBQ grill. Enjoy them with a few drinks, while listening to the sound of the birds in the tall pines. Even enjoy a game of axe throwing (yes, I said axe throwing) & conrhole. Don’t worry, it is safe for kiddos. Cozy up by the outdoor fireplace and turn on an outdoor movie on the large outdoor smart TV. We have a variety of swings and chairs around the firepit as well as large oversized hammock net for stargazing.
When it starts to get darker, slow the pace down a little and make use of the convenient fire pit. We’ve arranged lots of seating around it, so you’ll be able to enjoy moonlit conversations and lots of s’mores! Don’t worry when the evening starts to draw in. The ambient string lights mean that little ones will be able to carry on playing long after bedtime (parent permission pending)! Surrounded by Mother Nature, you’d have the perfect vacation simply hanging out at our cozy cabin and enjoying the wonderful amenities.

Surrounded by nature, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 8 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories.
2 master bedrooms (1 up and 1 down) provide guests with luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, topped with a super comfy mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the large smart TV, but also the breathtaking views through the exceptionally large windows bringing nature indoors. In the mornings, step through the doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the 2nd master bedroom and 2 custom built-in queen bunk beds in the loft area. The loft area is a great space for kids to hang out with a few board games, especially while listening to the pitter-patter of raindrops on a rainy day. Step out onto the private upper patio deck that gives you great views of the pond and forest around.

2.5 full size stylish bathrooms with modern fixtures with plenty of room are available for use throughout your stay.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, complete with double sink vanity. The half bathroom is located on the first floor as well. The upstairs full bathroom also sports a double sink vanity and tiled shower. There’s plenty of bathroom space, so rest assured there won’t be a line for the bathroom.

ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.
RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub, pond and fire features.
DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.
RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.
NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.
WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
