Plus, we’ve added a Tesla/EV charger to ensure your electric vehicle stays charged and ready to go during your stay ⚡🚗.

The Modern is perfect for small families, offering a cozy retreat for up to 4 guests. The open-concept living and dining area features 18-ft vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and sliding glass doors that invite natural light to flood the space and bring the beauty of the outdoors right to your doorstep 🌅🌿. The all-white kitchen is a chef’s dream, with quartz counters, bar stool seating at the island, stainless steel appliances, Bosch oven and range, a discreet refrigerator/freezer behind cabinet doors, pantry space, and a farmhouse sink—everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece 🍳✨.

Both king suites are designed for ultimate comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in showers and one suite even boasts an oversized soaker tub for the ultimate relaxation experience 🛁💆‍♀️. In the winter, snuggle up by the authentic wood stove in the living room—nothing says cozy quite like a crackling fire while you're wrapped up on the couch 🔥🛋️.

Pet-Friendly 🐾: Bring your furry friends along (2 max, must notify, and a pet fee applies). Pets must not exceed 50 lbs each.

Very nice modern cabin

Cabin was great for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at the cabin. It’s quite a ways off the main road, but still easy to find.

Amazing getaway nestled in the forest

The property was so clean and cozy. The house was decorated with Christmas decor which was a nice surprise. The property was quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the large deck and hot tub and waking up to the picturesque trees through the massive windows. We can’t wait to come back to the property our whole family enjoyed The Modern so much. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

We loved staying at The Modern with my 2 kids. It was something different besides your typical log cabins you see around Broken Bow. Everything was modern and sleek! A little tricky with the rock/dirt roads, but we found our way alright.

Fantastic!

Had a phenomenal time at the property. Beautiful design and layout (those windows...wow). Comfortable furniture and beds. Great deck. It was relaxing, unique, & quiet. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the forest. The dogs loved it (one almost caught an armadillo, but fortunately the critter got away). The perfect getaway from life's stresses. Kristen is a great host. Very responsive to all questions. Only note, the water pressure is quite low in the kitchen. Never presented a problem, just a minor inconvenience.

Overall a decent stay; however, there was almost zero water pressure in most of the rooms and we were not able to take a warm shower. The owners did offer for us to stay in another property which was nice of them but we wanted to stay at the modern. We also were unable to make a camp fire because there were no tools available to start a fire; no lighters or starter fluid of any kind.
