Solar thermal energy is used to heat water and a photovoltaic system is used to generate electricity and heating. At the height of winter, the tiled stove provides the necessary warmth. Art and culture are an additional personal concern for us: many of our own oil paintings in the style of abstract expressionism are intended to delight the eye and heart - a sizeable library invites you to browse. We are there for you 24 hours a day - if you arrive during the night, please let us know by telephone.

At ground level there is a large terrace with sun protection and an open brick barbecue, plenty of sun loungers and a large table with upholstered armchairs for everyone.

The house has a living room with dining area, a bathroom with shower and WC, a fully equipped kitchen with modern tiled stove and a seating area by the tiled stove.
