The room was very nice, clean and freshly renovated. The bed and pillows were a nice feature that we appreciated very much. The room was quiet even though it is located near the highway. If I may make a suggestion: please take a good look at the breakfast for which you charge $20/person. It could benefit from a better and fresher assortment. Maybe you should have a supply of your neighbor's muffins (Tim Hortons). On our next visit, if there is no improvement, we will have our breakfast elsewhere. Happy Holidays

Flexibility of the hotel is not the best. I asked to depart 30 mns later ( when I checked in at 9 pm approximately the day before) and they wanted me to pay 60$ plus taxes when hotel was not even full. No return of phone calls from reception as promised . Staff ( at reception) is border line nice. They were not impolite though Room was very good no comment Hotel seems very clean Bed was good for the category Horrible noise of either hearing or electricity but if you are tired like I was you will be able to sleep Breakfast is just a joke for $15 not worth it at all. Go somewhere else. In general good hotel for the category and comparing to the hotels in the area.

The hotel was beautiful - the staff was very helpful. There are thick plush towels. The hotel will start offering dinner service soon and we got to enjoy a soft opening of their dinner menu. Food was excellent. Location of the hotel is great - right within the outlet shopping area. And Bromont is a beautiful town. Will definitely return on our next trip to the Townships.

Breakfast is worth the price, one of the best continental i've seen. Unfortunately there was a yellow ladybug infestation in the hotel. Clean rooms, nicely renovated. Well located in the commercial part of Bromont.
