There is an additional upper-level, bonus space with two double beds and a sleeper sofa… The home comfortably sleeps a total of 12 guests. Take in the beautiful views of the Lake from inside the house or from the large deck, which has plenty of seating and a flat top grill. If you are Boating…You are just a block away from a small public boat ramp, or if you prefer, you can put your Boat in at Gen. Burnside Island (8min) or Conley Bottom Marina (15min). Ridgeview Lakehouse has ample driveway space and an additional gravel drive to handle your boat and parking needs. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All garbage should be bagged and placed in the large blue containers. Set the full cans at the end of the concrete drive when you check out.
Leave the front porch and garage lights on when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
