Stayed here one night and regretted it immediately. The room had a strong, musty odor that hit you as soon as you walked in. Worse, I saw roach crawling on the floor and some bugs crawling on wall boards. I end up sleeping in my car. Informed the front desk accordingly.

The towels in the room were grey (used to be white) and the noise from the room above us was very loud! Every movement, conversation and cough from the room above could be heard clearly in our room. Impossible to sleep, way too noisey.

This location was perfect for going to all the places within an 2 hours of brookings. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants and tidal pools close by. The harbor is a lot of fun to go through. Brookings is a great little town. The hotel condition could use a little touch up, but it doesn’t take away from the experience.

Great service and quality, especially for the price. We booked 2 rooms....one for us and one for our out of town guests. One room was updated and really nice. Our room had not been updated yet....older furniture and bathroom fixtures, but it was very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to another visit after all the rooms have been upgraded. Beautiful view of the sunset from just past the parking lot and our friend appreciated being so close to the walk way down to Harris Beach and the overlook.
