Comfortable, BRAND NEW and CLEAN. One huge Bedroom w/Luxury King Bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and High end furnishings, inside and out.

Your King Bed has Luxury 1,000 thread count Pima Cotton sheets, and the 1/2 Bedroom Loft with Ultra comfortable Casper queen mattress…so 4 adults max (ONE bedroom & the HUGE Loft area w/stairs, has a 4’ ceiling. Perfect for sleeping :)
Your entire living space is modern contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Roomy, spacious and comfortable. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.

BoBBi’s ONtheRIVER is a brand new, immaculately appointed River Cottage on the Oregon Coastline that sits next to the cleanest River in Oregon! (The Chetco River)
Working remotely?? We offer High Speed Internet and TWO Ethernet cables up to 100 feet so you can work anywhere inside AND on both Decks!
Mornings, afternoons, and late evenings are my favorite times here. (LoL) Enjoy a coffee or Memosa on the deck in the mornings.
Sunbath in the afternoons, or read a book (or three) inside in cool air conditioning (Or do some Shopping at BoBBi’s Beach House at the Port!)
A light dinner on the Deck in the evenings :) At night, the Moon shines on the water, and you look up to the stars. (When’s the last time you looked up & saw STARS?!)
For some, Late night is all about the Hot Tub as the jets massage your worries away.
It’s awesome to see all the River action! The Pelicans are my favorite. They’re hilarious! Search out otter and Osprey. You’ll see Kayakers floating by, and Geese & Ducks that frolic on a little landing across from us. It’s SO incredibly peaceful here. This is the Life you dreamt of living.

In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers or Down in our home, and we have a Winix air purifier available for our most sensitive guests. This home is based on double occupancy. (The National standard is TWO guests, One bed, no pets) EXTRA GUESTS are $40 per guest/per night- after the “double occupancy” rule. Yes, pets are EXTRA. $100 per pet per stay.
This home is in a 55+Park. ONE vehicle per booking. No visitors unless pre-planned.
Your dogs need to be ON a leash when out front at ALL TIMES and QUIET. You are required to pick up after your pet. This park has serious rules about EVERY guests comfort ;)
I’m a SuperHost! Just ask! If you need anything. Emotional support dogs are not service dogs. Hence PETS are not free in any of our homes.
“Children” ages 3-17 are considered adults (in the fact that they require a bed, food and shower) Infants under 2 are free ;)
Now…Half the fun of GETTING to the Oregon Coast is Traveling the Redwood Highway! Southern Oregon brags of not only the most dramatic coastline, but the most spectacular Redwood trees in EXISTENCE!
AND, the Chetco River is the Cleanest River in Oregon!
(Titans Grove contains three of the 10 Tallest & Largest coastal redwood trees in the WORLD!
(15 min drive)
