This house comprises on the ground floor: entrance hall, living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen/dining area, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed), shower room/WC, shower room, WC. 1st floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 recreation room (with games, TV, etc.), and 1 WC.

Gas/wood heating. Small lawned garden with a covered terrace at the front of the house and an enclosed courtyard with lawn and games, planted with flowers and an awning at the rear. CHARGES NOT INCLUDED.
