I paid $144 for the tiniest room and bathroom in a terrible part of town. They charge an additional $50 at check in that they say will be refunded but I’m still waiting to be.

Staff was wonderful. Quality of hotel was not. Our room had ants, leak above the bath tub and the breakfast was not good. The mini fridge that contains the yogurt, milk and eggs does not work and the items were hot. This use to be our favorite hotel to stay at and sadly the decline in property upkeep will prevent us from coming back.

There were bugs in our room the first night, didn’t notice until the next morning when my cpap machine had them all over. They moved us to the 3rd floor where the room was not full of bugs luckily, but the tub was rusted, the mini fridge didn’t work, and not all the outlets worked

This is a run down dingy no tell motel. The room carpet was worn and stained like someone had butchered a pig on it. The bathroom sink was cracked, paint was peeling where the bath tub had been badly repainted a long time ago and rust was coming through. Hairs all over the bathroom. Breakfast was at best mediocre.
