Location is in a bad part of town. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, we were barely able to get sleep due to the cars riding though the neighborhood with loud bass and doing burnouts too.

This was my first Vrbo say. The efficiency apartment met all my needs with easy and safe access. The location was close to Howard Payne. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to emails. I would absolutely request this location again the next time I am in Brownwood.

This was a perfect getaway spot. Very affordable compared to most places around, and gives me a reason to continuously book here. It was so cute and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, but it could use a bed frame that doesn't squeak every time you roll over in your sleep. I will be booking this stay again. Very cute!

Comfortable and cozy

I had a wonderful stay this week. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need. The owner even messaged me when it snowed asking if I needed more blankets. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good property.

Good small apartment. Great for one person or a couple. However, the bed makes creaking noises with every small movement. Gave cleanliness 3 out of 5 stars because there were several nats in the kitchen when I arrived. For the price, it is a good property.
