The modern interior is designed in a traditional style. Here, you can also prepare local specialties on the barbecue and then enjoy them together at the large dining table. The villa offers a truly unique, fascinating experience, not far from the sea. Situated on a fully fenced plot in a quiet area, with an extra-large 12m x 4.2m pool, it offers the perfect and relaxing holiday for 8+2 people. The interior, spread over three floors, is decorated with passion and love, with many details. The ground floor is dominated by a large living room connected to a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The living space is connected to the kitchen via a large sliding door, which opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool. A separate toilet completes the ground floor. The internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a relaxation room stocked with books. The stairs lead further up to the second floor, where there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.
