We arrived at 1.50pm. The hotel seemed empty but we were told we could not check in until 2pm. We went and sat in our car until 2pm after no early check in was offered. The man on reception, he felt like he was our boss and offered a poor service. The room was warm and the bed not comfortable. We had a drink at the bar and the same member of staff served us but it appeared as if it was an inconvience to serve us. No one else was around, it was not as if he was busy dealing with other people. Not a pleasant stay

Disappointing stay this time. Both rooms were too hot, the heating in one room couldn’t be controlled. The same room’s shower drain had a very bad smell. We arrived, threw our bags in the rooms and went straight out to eat, when we came back and discovered these problems there were no staff onsite to report these problems. So we all had bad nights sleep and one room smelt like a sewer.

We like this hotel. It is modern,clean, well maintained, and friendly. It is convenient for the motorway situated on the edge of a large commercial estate. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast is very good. If you want a romantic hotel in the middle of countryside this is not for you but if you want a good nights sleep stay here.

It was perfect once we got in, as the code given didn’t seem to work. We got good help from your attendant on the phone though. I think it maybe wasn’t clear to me I had to use my first name only to login to the building?
