House Rules
1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee, subject to availability.
Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning service are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum.
3. Guests may not book reservations at Troja Living within their own place of residence.
If you wish to book in your hometown, please contact us first.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). This is a friendly and quiet neighborhood, and we ask our guests to respect the neighbors and not disturb them at any time.
If the surrounding neighbors file a complaint and/or the police are called due to disturbances, responsible guests must vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
5. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a €500 fine, plus additional costs for deep cleaning and damage repairs.
6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
We charge €75 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
8. Pets are not allowed.
Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are required to contact us prior to their stay.
9. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost remote controls and keys.
10. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise levels.
Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
11. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss within the property and its facilities.
Any damages must be reported to our customer service.
12. As we operate with smart systems, turning off, unplugging, or otherwise deactivating our electrical devices is prohibited.
13. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by these house rules.
Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
