On check in our reservation could not be found and it was very uncomfortable- the chap said I can’t find you so there is no reservation even though I had confirmation with me which he saw. Eventually he agreed to give us a room - the worst room in the hotel - a single set up room - smallest and it smelt awful. ( we had paid for and booked an upgraded room) I went back to reception and had to demand the room we had paid for which we got. The next morning the lovely lady receptionist sorted us out and was lovely stating they were at fault and apologised but that’s it.

Transformation en Best Western

Surprise à l'arrivée de constater le changement de l'hôtel devenu un Best Western. Nous n'avons pas été informés avant. Il n'y avait que 2 autres clients et nous deux. L'an dernier nous avions reçu un verre d'accueil. Ici, rien! Le bar est fermé ainsi que le restaurant. Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié vu les circonstances car le prix lui n'avait pas changé malgré le manque d'infrastructures disponibles. Heureusement le petit déjeuner était servi. Avec de la variété comme l'an dernier. Seuls les croissants et pains au chocolat laissaient à désirer. Pas assez cuits et pas du tout croustillants. Les verrines pour le dessert devraient être disposées dans un endroit réfrigérés. Pas de cappuccino.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber hatte alles Notwendige. Die Dusche war großartig und das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl es zum Parkplatz und zur Hauptstraße hinausging. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber praktisch.
