We rent our large ( 150 m2 - 2nd floor) and south-facing apartment near the beach of De Haan . The apartment has a view on the renewed Leopoldplein and the De Haan Concession. You don't have to cross the Koninklijke Baan to go to the beach.

Ein toller Ort um den Urlaub zu verbringen. Joost war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar! Man ist mittendrin und trotzdem ist es nachts super ruhig.Dass es keinen Parkplatz zur Wohnung gibt, ist kein Problem. Es gibt so viele kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 6-7 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Bistros, kleinere Läden, Restaurants, Park… alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mega geräumig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt, den wir auch wiederholen würden.

Wonderful stay at a very beautiful place

The apartment is incredibly beautiful, very large and spacious, nicely furnished and very bright with a beautiful view. It has everything we needed to feel really comfortable.Many thanks for the extras such as coffee and kitchenware.

Wonderful time at the Sea

We spent a few days at Joost appartement and had a good time in DeHaan.The apartment is as described: spacious, well equipped (especially the kitchen, if you like to cook...) near the promenade, beach and Sea.Joost was always in contact with us and very supportive. Thanks again!

De Haan

De Haan hat uns sehr gefallen. Brügge, Gent und Brüssel für Tagesausflüge erreichbar. Oostende natürlich auch. Strand super. Jogging am Strand herrlich (bei Ebbe). Das schönste an der Wohnung sind die Helligkeit und die Nähe zum Beach. Alles in allem 5 Sterne.

Zentrale Lage, Strandnähe und recht grosses Apartment mit Altbau-Charme

Wir hatten einen guten und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat einen gemütlichen Altbau-Charme mit viel Platz, auch wenn stellenweise etwas voll geräumt, oder mit loser Zimmertürklinke. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, nur eine Mikrowelle ist nicht vorhanden. Das Bettzeug war hochwertig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Es gibt viele kostenfreie Parkplätze in Hausnähe und vormittags und abends findet man gut einen Stellplatz. Bei Anreise am Samstag Nachmittag an einem sonnigen Tag im August mussten wir zum Ausladen allerdings den Gehweg zuparken und haben erst in 10 Min Laufweite einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Müll-Entsorgung empfanden wir als nicht gut durchdacht. Solide Aufenthaltsqualität mit kleineren Abstrichen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in DeHaan direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 3 Parteienhaus 50m vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist abgewohnt und der Flur müsste mal renoviert werden. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und lichtdurchflutet. Die Fotos im Inserat stimmen mit der Realität überein. Es gibt 2 große Schlafzimmer, ein recht großes Bad (leider ohne Fenster), einen riesigen Wohn-/Essbereich inkl. offener Küche und ein Gäste-WC (somit sind 2 Toiletten vorhanden!). Der Flur in der Wohnung ist sehr schmal und die sich dort befindenden Regale machen es nicht besser. Die Ausstattung ist super, jedoch sollte der Staubsauger mal ausgetauscht werden, da der An/Ausschalter defekt ist. Funktionieren tut er. Er geht sofort an, wenn man den Stecker in die Steckdose steckt. Aus geht er dann natürlich nur wenn man den Stecker wieder zieht. Eigentlich eine sehr gefährliche Angelegenheit. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher wurden ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Am Ankunftstag haben wir den Teppich im Wohnzimmer beiseite gelegt, da ein Kleinkind dabei war und wir fanden darunter einen Haufen Sand. Keine Ahnung wann z.B. dort das letzte mal gereinigt wurde. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher waren aber tadellos sauber und von guter Qualität. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir waren zufrieden.

Kurzurlaub an der See

De Haan - ein sehr schöner und sauberer Ort direkt an der See Fewo gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht und die Nähe zur Promenade, bzw. zum Strand war klasse! Klitzekleiner Balkon zur Strasse, könnte mit einem normalen Stuhl genutzt werden, aber die Taubenscheisse überall auf dem Balkonboden hält einen davon ab! Wohnung und Lage ist für einen Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert! Ansonsten haben wir und wohl gefühlt!

Zentrale Lage in de Haan

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit funktionstüchtigen Geräten. Leider war in der Beschreibung der deutschen Agentur eine separate Toilette genannt. Diese war nicht vorhanden.

Familienurlaub in stilvoller FeWo in bester Lage

Wir konnten unsere Urlaubstage auch bei Regenwetter Dank der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genießen. Sehr überzeugend ist die Nähe zum Hauptstrand von De Haan und der schöne Ausblick aus allen Räumen bzw. Fenstern. Die tolle Lage ganz nah am Meer bringt es allerdings auch mit sich, dass bei starkem Wind die Rollläden nachts z. T. recht geräuschvoll im Wind rappeln. Insgesamt ist diese Ferienwohnung eine echte Empfehlung.

Super! Sehr schöne, geräumige, gemütliche Wohnung in perfekter Lage: zwei Minuten zum Strand, vier Minuten zum Ortskern. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Check-in völlig problemlos. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand und Ort superschön.

…the apartment is ok. The building could use some renovation and care. Getting to the second/ third floor can be quite exhausting because of the narrow and Very steep stairs.

Wie beschrieben, perfect!! Gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Wohnung, mit Geschmack eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles mehrfach vorhanden, Küche toll, Entfernung zum Strand ideal. Für 2 Personen schon fast zu groß. (zwei Schlafzimmer, 5 Betten). Wir kommen sicher wieder!!
