This is the second year that I return to this great hotel! Great staff, kind, always smiling and wanting to help. Very close to the gondolas, walking distance, there is a shuttle for the lazy :) Large and luxurious rooms, great breakfast and dinner, a large and delicious selection!

Peace, Quiet and Delicious Food

We needed a bit of peace and quiet after a very busy wedding weekend in Italy, and this was the perfect spot for that. The staff was lovely, the hotel was super clean and nice and we were blown away by the food. The food was by far the best we have ever had at a hotel. We would love to come back for another peaceful stay one day.

This hotel is really special. The staff is always smiling, very friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed a great stay at the Falkensteiner Kronplatz. From the moment we arrived to the one we left they made us feel part of something exclusive. All activities and areas follow luxurious standards and everything has been thought in the very fine detail. The breakfast and dinner selection is really something to die for.
