Bruns Lux offers a heavenly sanctuary for your family or friends. Nestled amongst a beautiful nature reserve, teaming with wildlife. It's just a 2 minute drive or short cycle to Brunswick shops and pristine beaches or a 5 min walk to a swimming creek.
Designed to a high spec, this bright & airy, luxury home comes complete with alfresco entertainment space.

Our home is a gorgeous space to relax, unwind and explore the area. The generous outdoor living area overlooking the bushy nature reserve is ideal for bird lovers and people who like to dine outdoors. The inside space is modern, spacious and thoughtfully designed to provide easy and comfy living. With high ceilings, gorgeous art and ambient lighting make it a perfect spot to spend your evenings after a day of venturing out to the markets, beaches or national parks or pursuing some adventure sports. The versatile house has a sunny aspect with an exquisite patio for soaking up the winter sun or allowing the cooling summer breezes in.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite and walk-in robe, whilst the other bedroom has a double bed with a built-in robe. The study is perfect for remote working as it has a built-in desk, office chair and NBN to the premises. It also has a double sofa bed for either lounging or sleeping.
The lounge room boasts a sleek oak cabinet which houses a Smart TV that rises for viewing and disappears in to the cabinet when not in use. There is a second TV in the study/third bedroom so it’s no problem to have separate entertainment playing simultaneously to satisfy everyone’s preferences.

The cook’s kitchen has quality appliances with a Meile induction cook top and oven. There’s plenty of bench space for food preparation and a well-stocked pantry.
he entire house is available except for the garage and a couple of locked cupboards inside. The pantry is available to guests as is the kitchen garden at the front of the house.

Brunswick Heads (Bruns) is a small town full of simple pleasures and appeal. We have fabulous cafes, the iconic Bruns Pub and the quirky Brunswick Picture House. The gorgeous beaches and river are great for swimming, kayaking, surfing, snorkelling and fishing. There are plentiful hiking options in the region along with several markets showcasing local food and artisan products. And then there’s Byron Bay, only a 15 minute drive down the road.

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful getaway, gorgeous accommodation with everything provided. However property Manager was not very friendly and difficult to communicate with. Not very clear that the third bedroom is a pull out sofa. Also was not impressed with the apparent rules of not allowing us to use the aircon between 10pm and 8am, blaming Byron shire council. Working with council I never have heard such rule and booked accommodation to escape the heat for my daughter inlaw who is 36weeks pregnant
