Front desk staff was nice, room was clean and quiet (I had to unplug the refrig, phone and clock) until 4:30 AM when the sprinklers went off making weird sounds around the air conditioner. Tried to get back to sleep but a couple inconsiderate people were talking loud in the hall at 5:00AM. Could use a remodel but for the price, I'm not complaining.

If I could give zero start I would have. I made a reservation around midnight on 10/8 for the same date for 1am to 9am but it came out as on the 8th to the 9th As I went to the hotel the front desk called the manager she asked her to fix it. They gave me a room I opened the door 2 people lying on top of another. I went back and get another keys this room wasn’t empty as well this is mismanagement I asked for my refund they refuse to give it back but offered another room this room smells funky and cigarette. I keep coughing bug on the bed this place is a real mess avoid at all cost. I used to believe best western should have a good reputation but this is worse than a motel in a ghetto
