I booked this property a week in advanced. I arrived at the property on check-in day at 2:30 pm. I checked in and was issued my room keys. Due to running late for an event, I didnt go to my room first. I arrived back at the property around 10:30 pm to find my key cards not working and someone else in my room. I went to the front desk where an older man was working, and informed him that I had checked in earlier, had my room keys that were no longer working and that my room was occupied by someone else. He screamed that there were no other vacancies and that the manager had overbooked the property.

The ice machine was out of order i asked how we could get a little ice and the man at the counter said he would nring us some, never did! The room floors were quite dirty, my light blue socks we almost black on the bottom.
