Online hotel described as having hot tub and swimming pool. Upon arrival, the hot tub was permanently closed. The printer in the business center was missing The hot water in the shower was lukewarm There was not a guide option for the television channels so you have to scroll through every single channel to find something worth watching The room above me had some type of construction and drilling going on during the day which prohibited me from sleep as I conducted business during the p.m. hours.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn! The staff is very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It is close enough to St. Simons Island to drive over to the island for dinner, which we did during our stay.

The two people working the desk when we arrived at 7pm Saturday night. There was a problem with the front door. My wife is in a wheelchair. They helped us with our luggage and getting her in to the hotel.

Room was good tub was clogged and didn’t drain We came for the indoor pool with our grandchildren and it was so cold we couldn’t swim for but 10 minutes and the hot tub was covered and not in service made for a bad evening
