Lady at the desk was super friendly but also professional about getting us checked in. gave us a map and highlighted where we needed to park, local restaurants we could go to (and get 10% off at for just staying at this hotel). the room itself was very clean and private. they had little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the shower, along with your typical bar of soap and makeup wipes. the bed was super comfy and very clean; no stains or smells. the only "complaints" were that there was only one little trash can so if you got takeout you'd have boxes next to the can and for whatever reason they bathtub wouldn't drain unless you manually held the cap up but those aren't issues that couldn't be resolved. overall it was a great place to stay at for the time we did and I would recommend it to anyone coming by the area to check it out.

We could not have been happier during our stay. The only possible complaint is that the pillows are rather thick. Breakfast was as good or better than any hotel/motel that we've ever stayed at. Quiet, clean and well decorated dining area.

Check in was very easy. Our tv remote did not work. The front desk staff gave us another remota and instructions to fix. This still did not fix the tv. Upon check out, we reported the issue and asked for a small discount for inconvenience. The assistant manager stated there was nothing she could do about it. If you can take my payment immediately you should be able to give some sort of refund.
